How do I receive funds to my Payoneer account?
There are several ways for you to receive funds to your Payoneer account:
- US Payment Service This service allows Payoneer account holders to receive commercial payments from US companies via US direct deposit (US bank transfers), in accordance with our US Payment Service Terms and Conditions. To read more about this service, click here.
- Global Payouts – Companies Paying with Payoneer
Payoneer makes it easy to receive funds from more than 2,000 international companies. These companies have partnered with us in order to offer our payout solution as part of their service.
To receive funds from one of these companies, simply sign into your account on the company’s website or online platform and select Payoneer as your payout method. Use “Already Have An Account” to add your company payouts – the funds will be transferred to you quickly, securely, and affordably – directly to your Payoneer account! How do I withdraw funds from my Payoneer account?
There are several ways to withdraw funds from your Payoneer account:
- Payoneer card As a Payoneer account holder, you will also receive a Payoneer card. The Payoneer card is directly linked to your Payoneer account balance, and can be used to make purchases online, in stores, and at ATMs worldwide. To read more about the Payoneer card, click here.

You are not required to maintain a minimum balance, and your account can be cancelled at any time.
What is the US Payment Service?
The US Payment Service allows Payoneer account holders to receive commercial payments from US companies, in accordance with our
US Payment Service Terms and Conditions.
Simply provide the company with the US account and routing number that we provide to you, and ask them to send you a payment via US direct deposit (US bank transfer). To read more about how it works,

What is a US Payment Request?
We offer a US Payment Request service, which allows you to easily send a request for payment to any US company, directly from your Payoneer account. You can access this service by choosing the “US Payment Request” option from the “Receive Money” menu. To read more about how it works,

How do I apply for the US payment Service?
To apply for the US Payment Service, you first need to sign up for a Payoneer account by going to
www.payoneer.com and clicking on “Receive & Withdraw Funds.” Once your account application is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with further details on how to get started with the US Payment Service.

Can the US Payment Service be used to receive payments from any company?
You can now receive payments to your US Payment Service from any US company, in accordance with our
US Payment Service Terms and Conditions. Please refer to Section 5 – Prohibited Use of the Service.
Is there a limit to the amount I can receive using the US Payment Service?
There is no limit to the amount you can receive using the US Payment Service.
Who can send payments to the US Payment Service?
Payments to the US Payment Service must be made from a US company and can only be made via ACH transfer. Wire transfers and payments from individuals are not supported. For a complete list of Terms and Conditions for the service,

How do I check my account payment and transaction history?
Sign in to your
Online Account. From the “Account Information” menu, select:
- “Payments History” to view all payments loaded to your account
- “View Transactions” to view all of your transactions
Please note: Email notices are sent to you each time your account is loaded with a payment. You can also access this information by calling 1-888-802-4442 at any time.
Who can use the card?
The cardholder is the person whose name is imprinted on the card. This is the person to whom the card was issued and the named person is the only permitted user of the card.
How can the card be used?
The card works like any other prepaid debit card. The card is accepted at locations worldwide, wherever the MasterCard debit cards are accepted. You can use it at point of sale locations to make purchases*, whether online or at retail locations. You can also use the card at ATMs* worldwide to withdraw cash.
The ATM* gives me choices of account type, which should I choose?
The choice should be “Current” or “Checking”.
How long does it take to receive the Payoneer card?
When your Payoneer card application is approved, a confirmation e-mail including the estimated arrival date is sent to you. Payoneer cards are shipped via standard international mail, free of charge.
Can I expedite the shipping of my Payoneer card?
If you would like to arrange for an expedited shipping service (such as FedEx or DHL), please contact our
customer support department. Please note that additional fees may apply for expediting shipping.
How do I activate my card?
Once you receive your card in the mail, you can activate it in one of the below methods:
Online:- Go to www.payoneer.com
- Under ‘Support Center’ select ‘Activate Card’
- Enter your User ID and Password
- Click on 'Activate your card'
Telephone:Within the US call 1-800-251-2521
Outside the US call 1-847-451-1386
- Choose option 3 from the menu and follow the prompts.
- Telephone support is free of charge. International calls may carry a fee based on your phone plan.
How do I check my account balance?
- Sign in to your Online Account. The current balance on your card will be displayed at the top of the page, below the menu.
- You can also access this information by calling 1-888-802-4442 at any time.
What are the loading and spending limits on the card?
There is no limit to the amount you can receive from our official paying Partners, or from commercial payments received via the US Payment Service. The Private Load Service may carry individual limits and restrictions. For further information,

Your Payoneer card has daily cash withdrawal and purchase limits. To find out the exact spending limits for your card, log into your
Online Account and refer to the Terms and Conditions.
What happens to my card if I don't use it?
Your card may be temporarily disabled after an extended period of inactivity. It may be re-enabled at any time via your
Online Account, or by contacting our customer support department.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Contact us immediately to report a lost or stolen card.

How do I cancel my Payoneer account?
If you would like to cancel your account, contact
customer support. Before contacting us to cancel your account, we recommend that you first use the remaining balance.
